· Payment terms of up to 21 months.
· On average, the interest rate is between 15% and 22%.
· We offer financing of up to 90% of the cost of surgery.
· We help you in the management and processing of your credit.

· Answers in at least 24 hrs.
· A 5% co-payment could be required in some cases.
FINANCING PLAN

· This is the best option for patients who did not get approved for a financial program.
· An advance of 20% of the surgery cost required.
· For gastric sleeve, a $900 dlls payment at the beginning is required.
· We manage payment programs up to 6 months, after the down payment.
· For gastric sleeve surgery, the financial plan is $635 dlls per month, for 6 month.
· $200 dlls will be reimbursed once your surgery is scheduled.
